The staff of the front desk, the restaurant and the bar were very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and they had snacks and beverages (for extra charge) available in the apartment, which is very convenient when you are traveling with kids. The only suggestion would be to have better instructions as to how to lock the doors. But once we figure it out, we did not had any inconvenience.
