(Meteora, Plastiras Lake, Pertouli/ Elati). Stone, wood, and nature’s green color are dominant in the house and they are all harmonically combined in order to agree with the aesthetics of an old traditional mansion!

Leuke accommodatie in prachtig bergdorpje.
Leuke en sfeervolle locatie , gezellige en karakteristieke woning maar voor 4 volwassenen te klein . Geen bergruimte voor kleding.

beautiful homely house
We had a great time in the house in Kanalia. We went to visit the monastery Pelekriti, monastery Spilias, we swam in the lake Plastiras, we visited the castle in Fanina, the Meteora monasteries, the arch bridge in Pyli. Walking in Kanalia in the evening was beautiful. Every day fresh bread from the wood-burning stove of the baker, fresh water from the source. In the evening we had meals at the restaurants on the village square. We enjoyed extras in the restaurant on the left corner with the terrace overlooking the plain of Karditsa. The restauranteur was so friendly and nice!
The house is beautifully restored in style and contains everything you need. The owner is always available, even brought us an extra fan for the hot days! We can certainly recommend to stay in this cottage. The house and surroundings are beautiful. Also good for hiking.

Fantastic location near fabulous central square
Historical house in the centre of fantastic village, central square full of restaurants and with an incredible panorama make it a wounderful place to stay. Plastiras lake with plenty of things to do like swimming, hiking, birdwatching. Wonderful.
