"The hotel room was clean but the fitness facility was dated and several things were not operational. The breakfast had limited items. This place could be better for the price paid."

Family friendly 2-bedroom lake getaway in serene Jamestown with pool
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at this little condominium. It was equipped with everything you need, and it had close access to the lake. The amenities were a plus. Tiffany was easy to communicate with. I recommend to anyone."
Chalet with 2 Bedrooms lakeside to Dale Hollow Lake #17
8/10 Good
"This place was great, with the exception of just a few things! The views were amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the cabins were nice! Now for the negatives… the beds are tiny(full size) which was rough for 2 people who aren’t petite trying to rest after long amazing days on the water. The boat/pier being complimentary was great, but it’s a pretty far walk from the cabins and half of the pier was sinking because the maintenance at this place was REALLY lacking. The pier was floating on barrels and 3 or 4 in a row were sunken so you had to jump over spots to stay dry to walk to the boats… made it hard to take things to/from the boat to enjoy the lake…easy fixes but according to locals and staff when it went corporate it became a little fish and they just aren’t fixing and keeping up on things appropriately. The ice was 7.50/bag and you had to walk all the way down some pier to a marina to get it, then haul it uphill a couple hundred yards to get it to a vehicle. Fuel was a couple bucks more per gallon than the other local marinas. Lastly, to get in the cabins you had to walk 3 flights of stairs hauling luggage, and despite the cabins appearing 2 story the lower half is not part of the unit so the entire cabin is probably 500-600 sq/ft. All said and done I would definitely stay here again and did really enjoy the trip… but I would really like to see the management of this place step up and fix some things to keep a gem a gem!"
The Holiday Hutt at Dale Hollow Lake-Close to Sunset, Bball Court, Movie Theater
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great experience at The Hutt! Perfect for our party of 15! Kitchen couldn’t have been stocked better with all you need or want. We enjoyed all the games available onsite and theater room but also rented a boat for a day, went to the beach, Sunset Marina, fed the turtles, and did a Hibatchi night at Mike’s recommendation! Had some minor issues with some appliances but Mike was very responsive and it didn’t impact our stay whatsoever. This was a family vacation for our group but this property would be especially enjoyable for an adults trip."
Cabin on Dale Hollow - Park your boat on shore and walk up to the cabin.
10/10 Excellent
"Unfortunately the water was low and we definitely couldn’t bring the boat up on the property. Lots of room for parking though there are some narrow/tight and steep gravel turns on the driveway itself. We were glad we did NOT bring the boat to the actual property because getting the truck with trailer in/out alone was sketchy enough. We parked the boat at Wolfe River Marina but be warned- it is first come and very unorganized. Parking especially with boat trailers seems impossible on busy days. Each day we were there someone was parked in the slip we rented and they didn’t know what to do with us causing us to get caught in a huge rain storm while they waited to figure it out the first night and excess time the other days. The AC didn’t work so great in the loft. We called and the owner came out but still was lagging. The house itself was beautiful. The Master bed was pretty comfortable even for a queen size (we have a split king). Bathrooms were big and clean. May want to bring some cookware (pots/pans) as there are old/limited ones there for overall use. Overall we enjoyed our time with friends. First time at Dale Hollow. It was calling for rain but we just made it and it was beautiful!!"
