Hometown USA With Hot Tub and Fully Renovated

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to 2 of the 3 large parks, downtown, food and the freeway. This beautiful house just went through major renovations and is just about entirely new throughout. Designed to be comfortable and cozy yet modern and enjoyable. Cook some great meals or kick back and relax. Go visit the local sites or head to boise 35 minutes away. This house has a ton to offer!
The space
This is a tri-level house with the main floor being the kitchen, dining and living rooms all in an open concept layout. A large wall mounted smart tv is in the living room and viewable from the whole main level. 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. 1 bedroom, family room, laundry room and bathroom are downstairs. There's a tv with dvds downstairs as well. The bedroom downstairs has two single twin beds in it. The laundry room has a full bed in it. We have 2 air mattresses to host larger groups if needed.

There is a code to unlock the deadbolt on the front door for access to the house.
Other things to note
We have a few board games, charcoal BBQ grill and a pretty fully stocked kitchen to make the place as homey as possible.

Hello, I hope you've had an excellent stay. I would like to remind you that check-out time is by 11:00 am. We often have back to back bookings and cleaners are usually there by 11:15.
Please lock all doors and windows. Please leave the home clean. Dispose of any leftovers and take garbage out to the cans. Make sure all remotes are returned. Please start a load of dishes and towels.
Hopefully this is not to much to ask, it is super helpful to our cleaners. 5 Star reviews are EXTREMELY important to us. If you feel that your stay was less please give us the chance to make it up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to stay

This place is very clean and the neighborhood was nice. Communication was great and fast. All amenities are available and the grocery store is four minutes away. We stayed toVisit our airman and it was a great location for him to drive to. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Girls Group

I brought my oldest daughter and 4 of my granddaughters on the 3rd annual "girls trip". We had family in Twin Falls, McCall, Meridian, Ontario, and Caldwell. In between trips to these areas, mall shopping, and guests the girls LOVED the hot tub, separate bedrooms, and living room TV. Great accommodations, great experience.

Family Reunion - Aug 2024

Enjoyed our stay at this rental property. It was spacious and very functional for our entire family. The mini basketball in the garage was thoroughly enjoyed by our grandsons ! There was plenty of beds for us and it was a great place to be so close to where our family reunion was held in town. Lovely House

This was our second stay at this house and it was just as delightful. Lots of space. Some fun toys and entertainment. A very safe feeling neighborhood. We might be back again.

Great house for the whole team

This is an amazing house located in a great neighborhood. I had my softball team down for a tournament and this house fit us perfectly. Girls really enjoyed the hot tub, we used the BBQ works great, and there was plenty of room for 12 girls and two adults. Most definitely will try and book this house again next year. Thanks for opening your home to our team.

Family visit for graduation

Overall it was a wonderful experience! Location was easy to find, and plenty of space for all of our family. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary supplies. The only downside while we were there was the hot tub dropped temperature and we couldn't use it one of the nights and the fireplace was not operational. There wasn't quite enough seating for all of us at once in the upstairs living room but we could split the group to the downstairs area. Plenty of blankets and the beds were nice and comfy. The property managers were responsive and easy to communicate. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect set up

All the family was in town to celebrate an Air Force retirement and this was the perfect house to be able to go back to relax and let the cousins play. The whole house was very clean and felt like a dream house with the modern updates. The neighborhood seemed to be nice and safe. The hot tub was very clean and a nice temperature without us having to touch it! Also the two living rooms were perfect for the kids to hang out in and another for adults! There were lots of dishes, blankets, and so many pillows! The queen beds are a little hard for my liking, but we got used to them. Also some “beach” towels for the hot tub would have been nice. Also owner had great communication throughout the stay. We have already said, next time we all go to Mt Home again, we would definitely rent this place!

There was a small snafu with the cleaners, and the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. April responded promptly and compensated us accordingly. We would definitely rent from her again!

The house was great. Very clean and put together. It was a good layout for a family with a rec room in the basement for the kids to congregate in. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Lovely place. May book again.
