"Was only here for a night, but the location was good and it had every we needed for that time. They had DVD's in the lobby I assume you could borrow, but no DVD players in the rooms. I don't know if we could have borrowed a DVD player as well if we had asked, but that was a cool little bonus I wasn't expecting before checking in."

"Room was good size, The shower in a spa bath didn't approve of as the floor in the spa bath is uneven and slippery. Tried to contact to see if we could get in earlier 2.00pm was told that I would get text message when room was available. So we decided to go to scenic world, right on 3.00pm while in Scenic World get the text to say room ready. Then get a message later to say that the reception closes at 5.00pm and what time we were arriving. Arrive was rushed though checking so the staff could leave."

"This cottage has wonderful views and is comfortable to stay in. It has a homely feel and has a well equipped kitchen.You do need to be aware that there is no air conditioning so it can be very cold. There is an open fire, some small gas heaters and electric heaters in the bathrooms and 2 main bedrooms. The heaters struggle to warm the main loungeroom area. Despite that we enjoyed our stay, we loved the open fireplace and in the afternoon when the wind had died down the deck overlooking the valley was superb. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay here again."

"Perfect location to Leura Mall.Parking included was a big plus as paid parking is all over the mountains area.Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Catering staff were not well trained we had to wait over an hour for a toasted sandwich in their cafe, house has hit and miss with no bath at had to ask reception. Other guests in our group only had one cup in the room etc"

"Great place to meet up with friends and family. Coffee and drinks available from the bar with fabulous Blue Mountains views . Lots of lounge areas with a fireplace and a selection of board games available for fun with family and friends."
