The room card would not work after the first use, had to continually go back to the desk and asked for a new key to be made. In all, I stay at motels very often and this was one of the worst. Will not be coming back. And again, the pet fee was never mentioned in Expedia. Was only mentioned when I went to check in. I believe on Expedia that all fees are paid through the app"
