"We have stayed here before and like the place. This time we got a room and checked in later. Once in the room we found the furnace or rather the air conditioning wasn't working. The room was at 77 degrees at one point. I went and asked and because the hotel was very full they didn't have a lot of options. We tried a fan but it did not work, the fan barely worked, so eventually they had the last woman from housekeeping clean another different room. We were able to change rooms but it was not what we asked for and we had to move our stuff after 10 pm at night. We will stay again but we were a bit disappointed and the next morning we went to breakfast and unlike last time we stayed, and ordered food, it was a buffet with not well cooked food. Just not as good of experience as the first time."

"I really love this place. There were so many details in the design of the lodging that made it easy to get in and out of. The parking is next to the room that you stay in. There are no stair steps to deal with. When you enter the room everything looks fresh, simple and in good taste. There’s a small kitchen with countertops for work space. Bedding is super cozy. And the bathroom/shower are done with stone and wood materials. I especially liked the placement of the shower fixtures. Very smart. I’m definitely returning to this place in all my journeys to and from Washington state."
