"I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. No elevators, no cots, snack as breakfast (literally apple chips). The games room was a joke and the staff couldn't help with anything."
"The room was fairly clean. The place needs an upgrade. The blankets between the two white sheets were filthy. I saw brown stains on those blankets, sheets, and pillowcases. The pillowcase had speckled brown spots on it after close examination. The blankets had smeared light brown spots on the edges after pulling the white sheets apart to examine the blankets.
The laundry room needs new washers and dryers. Some of those items were broken, and it needed to be replaced, along with the place being dirty and appearing to be in use with hotel washing too.
The hotel might need some security staff members indoors to protect the customers while staying on the property.
The staff members were slightly rude and/or appeared to be trying to joke about me being there. The staff members wouldn't allow me to do early check-in.
There appeared to be a lot of housekeepers doing their jobs and cleaning where they might have started cleaning around 6AM-8AM, but none of the rooms were ready before 1:00 pm? Strange. I only wanted one bed and a kitchen.
The room was about 100 dollars a night. That is all I could afford. I stayed an extra night because I didn't really want to go back to my current situation with these losers. I can't seem to get a job. I was trying to escape a problem that had been bothering me in a place where I live now. I think they followed me out to that place."
"Overall, our stay was decent. The property was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of amenities for families. The rooms were comfortable, and there was a lot to enjoy during our visit.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and at times the customer service came across as dismissive. The pool staff were also a bit overly protective and strict when enforcing rules, which sometimes took away from the relaxed vacation atmosphere. While safety is important and appreciated, a friendlier approach would have gone a long way.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and made some great family memories. With more consistent customer service and a warmer approach from certain staff members, the guest experience could be significantly improved."
"The front desk help was excellent! The only criticism was the breakfast event - the cook/kitchen staff, who was responsible to keep the breakfast dishes full, did a pretty POOR job of it. There were a lot of clients, having breakfast and at one time the scrambled egg, sausage, biscuit&gravy, cereal milk, were empty, all at once. There were a lot of young people, who have healthy appetites, who just cleaned out - the responsible person should check more often on the food!!!! By the time the dishes were refilled, my three friends were done with their breakfast and I had not yet begun????
I found a used bath towel - not a pool towel, in the closet in my bedroom. My first thought was that someone who had access to the room, might have used the shower and left the towel?
The pool room, pool and jacuzzi was very clean and a pleasure to use!"
