"The place is absolutely amazing and luxurious, and the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Al Khalidy, an outstanding manager, who kindly took us on a tour of their sister property, Valley Resort, which is under the same ownership. It was a wonderful experience and truly reflected their exceptional hospitality. The chef prepared a delicious Maqluba, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I highly recommend both camps to anyone planning to visit Wadi Rum. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back!"

A special thanks to Abdul Rahman, who made our experience unforgettable by taking us on a short nighttime desert trip. We enjoyed stargazing under the clear sky and sharing tea in the peaceful darkness of the desert—it was truly magical. Everything was lovely, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience."

The service was top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met seamlessly. A special shoutout to manager Zayed for his exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable helping us with sunset jeep tour. Highly recommended and worth booking."
