"Friendly check in and helpful staff. Parking was very easy, we had two parks assigned to our two bed unit, directly outside. Rooms were spacious although our bed, while not uncomfortable, was a bit firmer than we'd like. Lounge area a little tired but v functional. Great shower pressure. It was well located, although we drove to the town (2 mins). My daughter loved the friendly cat. It was a v comfortable, enjoyable stay, for two nights. I'd stay again. "

"Very nice place. Ruby the cat was fun. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes and ubers are very easy to get. The lake to right across the road. Very clean and nice motel with good parking. "

The amenities were nice, the spa bath was lovely and the washer and dryer combo was handy but a separate washer dryer would have been better."

"Owner Gillian was an excellent host. Did our transfers from/to NP Station. Took us up to Whakapapa to Gondola on our day of arrival. Room was lovely. We had a spacious 2 bed apartment and kitchen. Common kitchen and lounge facilities (while we waited for the train) were excellent."

"Very good location being no more than 10 minutes walk from Taupo town centre and the lakefront. Nice modern building and being on lakeside 2nd story we had great views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Very quiet rooms with virtually no noise from other rooms/guests or road. (Quest was fully booked and we heard virtually nothing from around our room) Facilities for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer all great.
