"Friendly check in and helpful staff. Parking was very easy, we had two parks assigned to our two bed unit, directly outside. Rooms were spacious although our bed, while not uncomfortable, was a bit firmer than we'd like. Lounge area a little tired but v functional. Great shower pressure. It was well located, although we drove to the town (2 mins). My daughter loved the friendly cat. It was a v comfortable, enjoyable stay, for two nights. I'd stay again. "

Felt unsafe for my family. The staff tried their best but honestly this should not be an accommodation attached to Hotel.com"

"Very good location being no more than 10 minutes walk from Taupo town centre and the lakefront. Nice modern building and being on lakeside 2nd story we had great views of Lake Taupo and the Mountains. Very quiet rooms with virtually no noise from other rooms/guests or road. (Quest was fully booked and we heard virtually nothing from around our room) Facilities for cooking, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer all great. "Good value for money. We had room with queen and a bunker for three of us. Also had a kitchenette within. Bathroom/Toilet was shared with one other room. Was very tidy, the best pillows n linen. Very centrally located. Would definitely stay again."
