Read the details on the listing as the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and not connected to the rest of the living space and only has a 1/2 bath. Also to note the 2nd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, but you can't open the door all the way into the room without hitting the bed with the door. The mattress in this room was quite "lumpy" -- causing sleepers to roll toward the middle. ##### lee b.
