The layout worked out fine with our family, although be aware one of the two full bathrooms is right off the kitchen on the 1st level, while all 3 bedrooms are on the second, along with the additional bathroom. Had a few questions for the owner who was incredibly responsive. Beautiful ‘Carolina Design’ custom details throughout. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to getting in and around Charleston, Sullivan’s Island etc. The townhouse was immaculately decorated. It was very comfortable and extremely clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend staying there as a home base while we were visiting the area. Great experience with the host! Whitney’s home was stylish, beautiful & convenient! Bikeable distance to Sullivan’s Island, but also only 15 minutes to Isle of Palm, and downtown Charleston.
