Townhouse in Old Mt. Pleasant located close to Historic Old Village area . This townhome is 1 mile to Sullivan’s Island beach and Pitt Street Bridge . You can walk or bike right from house over the Ben Sawyer bridge to fantastic restaurants like Obstinate Daughter and Poe’s Tavern. This townhome has 2 Queen bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and has a large fenced in backyard with BBQ. The home is approximately 1800 sq ft. and is around a 10 min drive to downtown Charleston. This is a fantastic location to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, Downtown, Shem Creek , historical sites, Pitt Street bridge and so much more. This home can be rented longer term. We were glad we stayed in Mt Pleasant instead of in Charleston. Only a few minutes drive to Charleston over the bridge for tours and sites but we enjoyed the quiet, safe and private driveway area of the house. There is a cute neighborhood area with lovely southern homes behind the townhouse with a beautiful walking bridge on the water- Pitt Street Bridge- highly recommend! We saw sharks and dolphins right there! We had a wonderful lunch at Page’s Ocra Grill as well as enjoyed breakfast at Viscious Biscuit. In Charleston we loved the food tour we did, shopping at the market and cute shops, seeing the city sites and had a relaxed casual dinner at Rudy’s Royale. Great trip! Would book again. ##### Kim K. I chose it because I liked the backyard pictures. It really exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. My daughter was very excited about the Nespresso machine. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows and comforters. Everything was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and very centrally located. We could be in downtown Charleston in 20 minutes. The house plants made it feel very homey and relaxing. First, Tina is very responsive and has a great property. Many restaurants and a Publix in walking distance. Sullivan’s Island is an easy bike ride. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The place is extremely clean with unique decorations and impressive gardens. Tina, the host, is very hospitable and cares greatly that you are comfortable.
