  • Beautiful 1700 sq ft. Townhouse in Old Mt. Pleasant located close to Historic Old Village area . This townhome is 1 mile to Sullivan’s Island beach and Pitt Street Bridge . You can walk or bike right from house over the Ben Sawyer bridge to fantastic restaurants like Obstinate Daughter and Poe’s Tavern. This townhome has 2 Queen bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and has a large fenced in backyard with BBQ. The home is approximately 1800 sq ft. and is around a 10 min drive to downtown Charleston. This is a fantastic location to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, Downtown, Shem Creek , historical sites, Pitt Street bridge and so much more. This home can be rented longer term.
