This 2bedroom/1 bath is on the first floor with a terrific view just steps away of the Intracoastal Waterway. This complex includes a community garden space, grilling area, and bicycle parking. The entire condo has been freshly painted and appointed with newer furniture & appliances. Condo 1519 offers a queen bed in the master with newer mattress and box springs, and another queen bed with a desk in the guest room, which is ideal for working professionals and families.

The flooring is all vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo. This unit comes with all of the kitchen utensils you need to create your favorite dishes. Or, you may choose to eat at one of the many restaurants within walking distance!

All utilities & furnishings are included in the rent price. Dogs are OK.
