The centerpiece is the fully stocked chef's kitchen, boasting marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for the family cook. Relax in the chic living room or use the dedicated work desk, all while enjoying the comfort of central air conditioning.

    Both bedrooms are serene retreats, featuring playful palettes and high-quality linens. Plus, the convenience of a private washer/dryer.

    Your location is unbeatable! Spend your days exploring the quaint Old Village shops, taking peaceful walks along Shem Creek, or visiting historic sites like Patriots Point. The beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island, along with downtown Charleston, are all easily accessible. Start your morning right with access to daily pickleball matches (7-10 a.m.) at nearby public pickleball court, then wind down with a cheers on your private patio.

    - The property requires stairs to the main floor and additional stairs to reach the bedrooms.
    - Your safety matters. This property features a Nest doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound continuously.
    - This property does not have cable, but guests can sign into their personal streaming accounts on the Smart TV.
    - Parking: Carport/under the house (1 vehicle), free street parking on Whilden St (50 yards away), NO parking along white fence.
    - For all the pickleball fans, there is a local court 5min walk from the house called Mariam Brown Pickleball Courts - free for anyone and matches are held Monday - Saturday 7-10am.
