Welcome to our \`Charming 3br/2ba Shem Creek Oasis!\`, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in one of the most convenient locations in Charleston, only a mile to the lively Shem Creek waterfront area, and less than a 10 minute drive to both Downtown Charleston and Sullivan\`s Island beaches! Highlights of the home include modern furnishings, a spacious living and dining area, a large furnished outdoor patio, and ample off-street parking. So come stay awhile!
