  • An unbeatable location! Just 3.5 miles from Sullivans Island beach and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. This is a safe, desirable area with easy access to the beach, Shem Creek, downtown shops & restaurants, and everyday conveniences like grocery stores. This 1350-square-foot home is spacious and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 with queen beds + 1 with twin bed & an office desk). Full bath upstairs with a tub, and a half bath downstairs. Beach chairs provided.

Great townhouse, met all our expectations. Spacious, great kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, pet friendly, quiet neighborhood, host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will request this townhouse again when we travel to Mount Pleasant in the future.
