This ski in, ski out condo has been completely gutted and updated with absolutely no expense spared. Boasting direct access to the mountain, Aspen East at Bryce Resort will suit all your needs whether you travel alone or are a family of four. (We have a blow up bed if you want to add 2 more guests, for a total of 6 people.) THE AREA Just a quick 2-hour drive away from the DC metro area, whether you are looking for a fun-filled adventure or just a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle, this property will enable you to truly customize your vacation. The luxury brand new mountain condo is located directly on the Bryce Resort mountain. Our warm cozy condo offers a brand new luxury feel nestled among the trees with completely updated modern accommodations. THE CONDO Just steps from the main Bryce Resort Lodge, this premium 640 square foot, studio There is 1 level featuring 1 open concept bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The condo has an open concept kitchen with a dining area that fits up to 4 people at the table. There is a bedroom with a king bed and a queen pullout bed in the living room area. There is also a full bathroom and access to walk outside on the patio directly onto the ski/bike slopes. The condo offers a mini split with central air conditioning and heating for maximum comfort in the summers and winters. The new designer kitchen boasts quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, slow-close cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and deep sink. Just step out the back door and you are brought outside to a mountainside panorama with views of the ski mountain during the winter months and fireworks from the resort during the summer. The stone fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Front and center is a mounted 70” Samsung LED smart TV that allows guests to use Wi-Fi to easily access a range of apps including Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and more since Cable TV is not provided. Other amenities include: Wi-Fi, Individually Zoned Climate Heating, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout the entire condo, Major Techology upgrades like a Bluetooth speaker and a backlit mirror that has a dimmable and anti-fog function, Premium Shower Heads, Full Washer and Dryer, High quality linens, quilts, pillows and throws, as well as a Keurig & 12-cup Coffee Pot (in one!). The vacation rental was just the right size for our 3 people get away. Kitchen was nicely sized and the bathroom is great. We had a lot of fun walking and then swimming the lake. Super relaxing. We enjoyed a half round of Fling Golf (much more challenging than anticipated!). The ride on the ski lift was awesome and gave a great view of the mountain bikers. ##### Brittany M. Jennifer's condo is in the best location on Bryce Moutain. An easy walk to lodge, ski slopes and all of the winter activities Bryce has to offer. This gem is newly renovated, immaculate, and well stocked. Nice touches through out the condo. Although you are in the middle of the action, the condo was very quiet. Bed is super comfy and the living area was a cozy place to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. it is obvious that Jennifer put a lot of thought in her renovation to make the space inviting for guests. Jennifer was a wonderful host. Responsive and her "guide book" gave us ideas for things to do, where to eat, etc in the Bryce area. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Attention to detail contributed to our care-free stay. It was also spotless! The design of a small condo was comfortable for everyone. Really perfect for 4 or 5 people. The highlight for my husband was being able to walk out the back door and get on his bike to some really fun downhill adventures. My wife, our six year-old son and I wanted a fun, quiet and comfortable getaway to get away from the normal day-to-day cycle. We definitely chose the right place!! Jennifer's condo is perfectly located at the bottom of the ski mountain where you can walk out and enjoy all of what Bryce Resort has to offer, to include mountain bimers racing by as they enjoy their recreational activity. The condo itself was beautifully renovated and cared for. Jennifer thought of everything and then some when designing the interior of the condo for comfort, utility, ease of use and overall enjoyment. Just being there helped us to decompress from life's life. My wife and I commented to each other how we would like to implement many of Jennifer's condo features into our own place because they were so spot on perfect. Now for the resort. Bryce Resort is perfectly nestled in the scenic mountains of Basye, VA, but within a very reasonable drive from our home in Northern VA. We had planned to enjoy hiking, fishing and apple farm wandering, which they had plenty of, but we didn't know that we would find a new family fun activity....FROLF!!! (Disc golf) We didn't know the resort had it, nor would we think we would play if we did, but after taking the chair lift up the mountain to try it out (the frisbee golf course is along a ski run down the mountain) we had so much fun that we played it every day. That was a very surprising bonus to our trip. Etc etc etc...we completely loved our stay!!! ##### Tom D. The towns and scenery in this area are just breathtaking. The condo inside is very new and very clean and refreshing looking inside. The only problem I had was the height of the bed. I am 5’2” and struggled a little getting in the bed due to the height, but I managed. It appears they are doing some maintenance around the condo grounds that are needed. The pool was refreshing and close by, but is in need of some repairs. The area and condo was quiet for August i thought. We basically used it as a home base as neither of us ski or mountain bike. But it was cool to watch the bikers going up the lift and coming down the mountain on their bikes. Jennifer was very tentative and friendly with questions we had. Check in was very easy too. We did the skyline drive and visited wineries in the area which this condo is close to a lot of great things to see and do, wish we had more time. Mountain road leading to the condo was easy. The lake was beautiful, but not handicap friendly so we didn’t get to the beach. Recommend Freed’s nearby for breakfast. Not only a great breakfast but friendly staff that provided us with more info on what to see and places to visit while we were there. Oh, and the ice cream place was good too. I would consider staying again, but would bring a step stool. LOL. ##### Kelly I. This place was just what we were hoping for! The location is beautiful and in short distance of Shenandoah Caverns which is a must see!
