"The receptionist went above and beyond to make our arrival stress free. The property and our room was very clean. Parking was very easy and plenty of parking on site. We found the property a little noisy with doors banging but it was clean, bed was very comfortable and staff lovely."

"Accommodation was good, as usual. The change in the bistro has been a disaster. The previous people they had were excellent. Should have been a warning when the bistro was almost empty on a Wednesday night. I was overcharged for the steak special, and it came out over-cooked. Paid over $30 for the $17 Wednesday special (250g rump). All the prices have increased, and the portion sizes have been reduced. Manager said as it had gone through the till he can do nothing. Staff are mostly new and clearly minimum wage with no experience. Manager was the only one that was working well. My stay at the Riverside hotel the night before was much better at least the $18 T-bone was 400g. I will not be staying here in future."
