Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable.
Restaurants nearby were nice.

I did have a problem with the kettle. Unless you held the button down until it started to heat it would click off again. I did have to ask for more teabags one day as housekeeping had not restocked.
Otherwise it was a nice hotel not too far to walk to Barrack Street for my tour pick-ups - about 15 minutes. All in all a very nice hotel.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my 4-night stay here. The hotel is in a good location - 15 mins walk into the city and 10 mins to Elizabeth Quay.
Room was very clean and beds comfortable. I’d stay again.

This was the last two nights of our holiday in Australia so wanted to stay somewhere decent. This is different from your usual hotel but not too dissimilar from another Perth hotel we stayed at so perhaps there is a trend there towards these sort of places. It is modern and the rooms are quite small but good bed and a great shower. The staff were very obliging considering we arrived early due to our flight time and we were hoping to drop our bags off but they managed to let us in our room early...

Great location, very friendly staff and comfortable room! Was back in Perth for 2 weeks holiday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely recommend to visitors, especially if you want to be close to the city and river.
