With on-site parking and just a short 3-minute walk to the main shopping and dining district in Mount Dora, The Beauclair offers everything you expect in 5 Star lodging. As you enter the 900 square foot second story space of this carriage house recreation you’ll immediately notice the voluminous 9’ ceilings and beautiful door and window moldings. The living room features luxurious furnishings along with a 65” 4K television that includes Netflix and Hulu Live programming for your viewing pleasure. A well-appointed kitchenette right off the living room features a stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee station, and an induction cooktop. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down on your very own private porch off the living space. As you enter the master suite your eyes go immediately to the king-size bed. The bed features a memory foam mattress with cooling gel and Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuring to make your stay one to remember. A 55” 4K television with all the same features allows you to catch the Late Show from the comfort of your bed. An on-suite bathroom adorns the master space. With its large walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub, you won’t want to leave! Two separate vanities with full-sized mirrors will make getting ready for your night out on the town even more enjoyable. For two additional guests, the living room has a sleeper sofa that offers a memory foam mattress.

    The Beauclair has 2 additional 900 square foot Five Star rentals on the adjoining property. The Ingram which was recently placed on Mount Dora’s Historical Register along with the Carlton whose carriage house design gives it a rustic feel yet has all the new amenities you’ve come to expect in quality lodging! These 3 vacation rentals were designed and remodeled in 2019 and can accommodate up to a total of 12 guests. Message your host for more details!

Another Great Mini Vacation!

The Beauclair is beautifully decorated and located right in the beautiful historic district in Mount Dora. There were one or two minor issues that arose during my stay and the Property Manager handled them promptly and efficiently. I plan to return again next year!!!

We loved the unit we rented in Mt Dora. It was clean and comfy. The shops an restaurants were just a few blocks away which made for nice little walks. An old friend came to visit me and this charming cottage was a perfect little side-trip. I would recommend it again and again.

The Beauclair was beyond our expectations with the location to downtown, all the extra amenities and the superb cleanliness of the unit. How do they do it?! 💜

Another great stay with the Someplace Special folks in Mt. Dora! We went for a weekend getaway (our 4 year old grandson lives with us, getaways are essential!), and to go to the local Spring Festival. The Beauclair is close to everything, so we just parked on Friday, walked all weekend, then drove out on Sunday. The property is so clean with little touches that made us feel at home. Coffee, a lovely welcome gift, gorgeous robes, fluffy towels, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, a big soaking tub, and oh-so-quiet! Even though we were downtown, it felt like we were in a treehouse in the woods! Communication with Talia was quick and easy for whatever we needed. We will always stay with these folks because we know we will get a quality property, clean and so comfortable! Now, if they would just get a couple of properties in the mountains…!💜

Adorable, cozy unit with all the comforts of home. Close to downtown; we were able to walk to the restaurants and Arts and Crafts Festival. Talia even helped me plan a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location!

The unit is only 2 blocks from downtown, yet it is in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. One evening I hosted 4 friends, and we were all very comfortable in the living/dining area. I definitely plan to return next spring!

Centrally located. Only one block from the park in historic Mt Dora. We parked our car on Friday and never needed it until we left. All new furnishings. Super clean and comfortable. Nicely done. Would stay again.

I would recommend the Beauclair to anyone who loves a nice clean and beautifully decorated home! Just lovely! Well stocked and wonderfully maintained! Perfect place to stay

We were in Mt Dora for a wedding and found this to be a a wonderful property - within walking distance of the downtown area and in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is clean and well laid out . We enjoyed the balcony and the large bathroom. We had a small issue with the internet connection and called to see how to resolve it, The owner answered right away, and actually came right over to figure it out. This was definitely one of the best VRBOs we have rented, Highly recommend.
