The location is fantastic, just a block from downtown, so it’s incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. You really can’t get much closer.Our host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt and friendly, and when a small hiccup came up at the beginning of our stay, they handled it immediately and professionally. It was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated, and it showed how attentive and responsive they are as hosts.Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a great home with a very thoughtful host. "During my short stay, I noticed several large roaches in my room. I attempted to contact the number that had been texting me to ask if I needed anything, but I was unable to reach anyone. I also included details about the issue in my checkout notes, yet no one followed up with me after I returned home. Unfortunately, I later discovered roaches in my luggage as well, which was extremely upsetting. I sincerely hope the property owner takes responsibility and makes this situation right, as this level of cleanliness and lack of response is completely unacceptable."
