Very laid back farm setting. We were out of our room and on the go before 7am so we couldn't try the breakfast. Room was supplied nicely with all you would need to cook a small quick meal. (We didn't do that, but liked the option) Pool and hot tub nice and in working order, it was great to come back from hiking national parks to soak and swim.

Great location to visit Bryce and Zion! Hosts were communicative and easy to work with regarding details. Loved the property! It's the quiet side of Zion, but perfect after a few long days of hiking. Breakfasts were a lovely addition.
