"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. They were very quick to respond to any questions through Whatsapp. We didn't find street parking, but there is a free public parking lot at 11 Rue de la Madeleine. The location is...

"The property is in an amazing location overlooking the river and where along with two bridges. As an old building itself the whole visit to the hotel was steeped in history. We had a wonderful time and would definitely call again in the future. "

On a more quiet street but very walkable to the cathedral, musée de Toulous-Laurtrec, the new walking bridge (very scenic), restaurants and more. "The owner/manager of this hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. He speaks English very well and shared his considerable knowledge of the area, answering our many questions. The hotel's location in this lovely town is perfect -- in a quiet place but steps from all the big monuments and sights. We definitely will stay again if we are in the area."

"Restaurant is a machine dispensing microwaveable ready meals. Lots of the electrical points were broken. No onsite presence. We had hoped for better than a cheap budget hotel chain offering."

"I arrived slightly earlier than planned, and decided to see if I could check in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave me plenty of useful information about the local area while they checked whether my room was ready. Excellent first impression, very clean, tidy, modern, great ambience. Lovely room, and parking close by too. Highly recommended."
