  • Mas Pibonson welcomes you to Mougins. This 100 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house, plus an en-suite bedroom in a separate annex. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. The recently renovated interior features a warm, inviting décor for a relaxing stay.



    Enjoy the terraces, including a covered one with a summer kitchen and barbecue—perfect for sharing Mediterranean days and evenings with family or friends. An intimate outdoor lounge adds extra comfort. Dine al fresco and take a dip in your private pool (5x2 m), ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Please note, pool access is via stairs.



    Two on-site parking spaces are available. Events are not permitted, and we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Access to the villa is by stairs, with bedrooms and living room on different levels. The hosts live on the property but not in the reserved villa.
