Ground of balls, the whole displayed full south. A tree-shaded terrace at the back of the house. A garage in the basement, a paved courtyard that can accommodate at least 6 vehicles, all on a plot of 1800m². Automated gate, videophone intercom, exterior lighting for terrace, swimming pool, garden and bowling green. The linen is provided, the gardener passes once a week for the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, a cleaning lady passes once a week for the household the change of sheets and towels.
