Motuoapa Getaway is a single-storey, contemporary holiday home that enjoys lots of sun, perfect for the modern family seeking a stylish getaway in beautiful Motuoapa.  
  
Fully-fenced, the large front yard, huge deck and bespoke outdoor seating area are perfect for children's play and savouring BBQs together. With the reserves and playgrounds at the doorstep, there is already easy access to begin your outdoor itinerary. Those who prefer to stay indoors would be delighted at the games room with a pool table and table tennis.  
  
Centrally heated and double-glazed, Motuoapa Getaway has an open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas where the whole family can enjoy plenty of entertainment. There are 3 generous bedrooms, with the master equipped with an ensuite that has a shower and additional toilet. The spacious, modern main bathroom is perfect for relaxing in the bath after an adventure-filled day. A dedicated laundry is also available, adding convenience to your stay.  
  
Within close proximity to Lake Taupo, Taupo centre, and the ski fields of Mt Ruapehu, enjoy tramping, fishing, water sports, skiing... the list goes on!

Lovely clean home - was perfect for our family. Lovely outdoor settings for relaxing, lots of toys and games available for our 2 year old, and our older two girls had a lot of fun with the pool table/ping pong table. Great grove for scootering, and close to a couple of small play parks. The driveway is a good size - made for easy maneuvering of our boat in and out. Hope to be back very soon!
