Gorgeous home in Motovun with private swimming pool, can be inside or outside

Are you dreaming of a holiday home in the heart of Istria? Experience an unforgettable holiday in idyllic surroundings in the charming stone villa Flego near the medieval hilltop town of Motovun.

Small but nice: Villa Flego offers 70 square metres of living space and comfort for up to 4 people. It is therefore ideal for small families or couples looking for peace and seclusion in central Istria. The layout of the rooms is practical and simple. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living and dining area with kitchen, where you can feel at home. A small WC completes the ground floor. Stairs lead you to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, where there is also a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a television. The outside area of the villa is no less attractive. From the living area on the ground floor, a glass door leads to the inviting terrace with a charming seating area. There is also a work surface with a sink and an outdoor fireplace, which not only creates a cosy warmth on cool nights, but can also be used as a charcoal barbecue. Right next to it are the private pool and sun loungers, which provide relaxation on beautiful summer days. Can you imagine relaxing there and enjoying the view of the greenery? Your dream holiday is just a click away...Villa Flego is located in the idyllic village of Kaldir, which is only 8 km away from the medieval town of Motovun. Motovun is known for its monuments and spectacular views of the picturesque surroundings with hills, vineyards and the magical Mirna Valley. It also offers a wide range of leisure activities. Visit local festivals or the renowned international film festival. Numerous restaurants and taverns tempt you with regional specialities such as high-quality olive oil, home-made cheese and ham, top wines and, of course, truffles, for which the region is world-famous. Active holidaymakers can look forward to the numerous cycling and hiking trails in the region. Of course, you don't have to limit your holiday to central Istria.
