+ Size of the appartement, localisation - Ants in the kitchen, no aircon in the bedroom, smell of the room, not enough amenities, bad communication ( a number need to be communicate before to access to the key, we didn't had it and the manager never reply to our phone call, after several hours we found a staff from the maintenance to give us a key, during our stay this situation happen to other guest).

アリが大量発生していて、4泊したのですが、日に日にアリの大群が増えていく状況でした。 特に洗面所にかなりの量の大群が発生していて、洗った食器などにもアリが歩き回っていました。

アリが何十匹もいて残念でした。虫が嫌いなので落ち着いて眠れなかった。それと何色の建物が予約した宿が分からなかった。部屋や設備自体は新しくて綺麗だった。
