It has a very small kitchen well equipped in the house entrance, a standard double bedroom and a big bathroom well equipped itself. We found a great assistance by the owner Maxine and her caretaker and we also a free tranfer from and to the airport. It will be good for a single traveller or a couple. It's very safe and clean , the owners are not far away - but they respect your privacy and are willing to help if you need anything at all. It's best to rent a car if you stay here ( or anywhere really) . We sat outside every morning to have coffee before we set out on the day's adventure .. Just so peaceful .. Everyone we met in Exuma is so friendly and the island is just incredibly beautiful and safe . This property is not directly on the beach, but there are so many access points to the beach within a very short driving distance . I would recommend just driving around the island , you will discover a lot of hidden treasures (old ruins, great look out points etc ) .Definitely recommended . ##### Marisa O. If you stay in this location, you have to have a car rental, as it is not within walking distance of the beach.
