"The location and property were absolutely spectacular. The beach was very long and we had it almost all to ourselves. The beautiful views from the inside and outside made the trip very relaxing. We spent plenty of time sitting in the private gazebo right on the beach. It was nice that there were wooden walkways around the property and to the beach. There was plenty of fun activities right on the property that there really wasn’t a reason to go elsewhere. Tim’s on the Bay was a short walk from the house and had a nice vibe with good food and drinks at a reasonable price when we did decide to leave the house to get a meal."

"We loved staying at Casa Mary. It is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beach was delightful and the kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Everybody agrees that the mattresses were the best!!! And a great night's sleep is so important at the end of a busy day! We highly recommend it!"

"We had an incredible stay at Villa Oceania! Brittany and Kenny were outstanding hosts who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating the entire stay.The villa is beautiful—spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. One thing that really impressed us was how well-prepared the property was. When there was a power outage, the generator kicked on immediately, so there was virtually no interruption to our stay. It was reassuring to know everything was so well thought out. Also 10/10 for the three coffee makers! Prince, the house manager, was exceptional. He was quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance and always went above and beyond to help. His attentiveness and professionalism made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.The location is another huge highlight. There’s an amazing beach a walk away from the villa, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water and beautiful white sand whenever we wanted. We also loved being so close to Tim’s restaurant , which was another great spot to visit during our stay their food and service was excellent! Our experience exceeded every expectation. Between the stunning villa, the incredible hospitality from Brittany and Kenny, Prince’s outstanding support, and the perfect location, Villa Oceania is a true gem in the Bahamas. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"The property was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We loved the central location on the island. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and an 8 month old and had ample space for everyone to be comfortable. We weren't ready to leave at the end of our week and would highly recommend Cloud Nine!"

"Everything was clean and the house was perfect and view was breathtaking. I would absolutely stay there angain and recommend this place to others. I had a few questions about the check in process and other things about the house just because I felt the listing could have given a little more info. But we figured it out. The house was ready and clean upon arrival. The property manager was communicative. Overall it was a great experience and place to stay in Exuma. We hope to be back!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Jimmy Hill Beach Villas! The description of the unit was very detailed and accurate. The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space, and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had modern appliances and was well-stocked. The owner was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We can’t say enough about how amazing our vacation was! We will definitely be back to this house! It’s perfectly situated in the middle of everywhere you want to go! The beach at the house is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The home was so clean and comfortable! The outdoor sitting area was perfect for afternoons!"
