"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Latitude Adjustment in Exuma, Bahamas, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the immaculate condition of the house.The property was perfect for our family of ten, providing ample space and every amenity we could possibly need. The house was exceptionally clean, which made us feel right at home.The responsiveness of the host and property manager was outstanding. They were quick to answer any questions we had, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible.We were also fortunate to celebrate three birthdays and an engagement during our stay, making the trip even more memorable. The house provided the perfect backdrop for our special moments.The highlight of our stay had to be the spectacular water views and making memories with family. "Yes, the ocean was visible from our balcony between the two buildings in front, which made all the difference. It was very nice to see the ocean. The unit was extremely clean and just as pictured on the Internet. Extremely easy communication with the owners instant feedback. The pool and hot tub and deck area were spectacular and extremely easy to get to the beach. They also had showers to wash off. We used the ice machine and the washers and dryers look brand new. Very close to the airport never heard any air traffic."

"I was excited for our stay, based on other reviews we were sure we would enjoy the property. While putting my 3 year old to bed the first night at the property, we discovered not blood stains, but dried blood all over the bed linens in the master bedroom. After checking all beds upstairs, it was clear none of the linens had been changed prior to our arrival. The host was very condescending, and claimed that ”this has never happened before.” However, if there had not been dried blood all over the linens, I would have never thought to check all beds, and wouldn’t have realized they had not been changed. Someone was sent to clean the property the next day, after I had tracked down and washed / changed all bed linens myself. We were not told she would be coming, and she walked in on my husband coming out of the shower. We weren’t able to use that property for our Christmas celebration as intended that day, as she spent the better part of the day cleaning. This should have been done prior to our arrival.We also had an issue with a bug infestation in the kitchen. When we woke up on Christmas morning, we realized our groceries were covered in little bugs. We were told they had sprayed recently, obviously it did not work. All groceries had to be replaced. Host left rude voicemail on my phone, and was not easy to find a resolution with despite the photos I sent of bed linens, and videos of the bugs crawling on counter tops / groceries."

"Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!"

"Beach view from the deck, less than a 100 steps from one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches I have witnessed. Loved the seclusion of it with only 4 houses Was a wonderful walk every morning, evening to sit and just listen to the power of the water. Restaurants are limited, grocery stores are ok, but you are on an island and part of the Bahamas. That’s the joy of it! NO Walmart, no 7-11. Real life. Anyways, house was lovely, Terrell was quick and always very responsive. Much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again."
