9.6/10 Exceptional! (17 reviews)
We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there

9/10 Wonderful! (47 reviews)
Breakfast was good.. a decent spread
The tv in the rooms were disappointing.. couldn’t believe a hotel of such standards didn’t have smart TV.. literally no Netflix, couldn’t even cast to the TV. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful
