We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.

Overall it was a good stay. I would've given it 4.5 stars if I could. The only thing I don't like is how high off the ground the bathtubs are. Very unnaturally high and one might easily hurt themselves going in or out of it. There was no bag in the bathroom garbage can and under the bed was really dusty. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay extra to use the hot tub. I would go there again.

The Marine and see view is one of the best I've ever seen. Staff is helpful. I'll definately come back.

The way to from the hotel to main attractions is very long difficult for Uber to access. We were suffering waiting for taxis which may take an hour to book.
