It features a bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious living area with a dining corner and sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The Timmelsjoch Pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in the Ötztal, Austria is closed in winter, so the Sölden ski area is not accessible.
