The 55 m² apartment ‘Sonnenuntergang’ is beautifully situated in the hiking and skiing area Pfelders in the Passeier valley (Val Passiria). The charming apartment next to Guesthouse Zeppichl offers a mountain view and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2-5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a hair dryer, a safe and underfloor heating. A washing machine is available for a fee. Your 2 private balconies invite you to start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you enjoy the panoramic views. The shared garden and shared outdoor sauna of the house are also available for your use. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. A variety of restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity and the nearest supermarket is just a few steps away, less than one minute away on foot. Due to its location, this is the ideal accommodation for sports and nature lovers. Die FeWo am Ende eines Tales mit grandioser Aussicht.
Pros: Keinerlei störender Verkehrslärm. Dörfliche Idylle. Alles Notwendige vor Ort. Zusätzliches per Fuß oder Auto in 1Km erhältlich.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt am Fuße der wunderbaren Berge. Tolle Wanderwege, nette und zuvorkommende Menschen. So macht man gern Urlaub.

Sehr nette Vermieter, super saubere moderne Wohnung, alles perfekt.
Pros: Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, haben uns gleich wohlgefuehlt, die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber mit phantastischem Blick auf die Berge. Alles lebensnotwendige für den täglichen Gebrauch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unzählige Wanderwege zu den Almen direkt ab Wohnung. Ausflüge nach Meran und Bozen ist ein Highlight. Empfehlen wir mit 5 Sternen 👍🏻 Haben vor, mit der ganzen Familie mit Anhang, bei der netten Familie und Nachbarn den Urlaub dort zu organisieren.

Es war einfach gigantisch, werden mit Sicherheit wieder dort Urlaub machen
Pros: es ist alles perfekt in der Wohnung, Hausbesitzer sehr nett und aufgeschlossen, großzügiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück
Cons: nichts, alles in bester Ordnung
Wer eine komfortable Ferienwohnung am Einstieg zum Meraner Höhenweg sucht ist hier genau richtig. Modernes Bad, Fußbodenheizung, gutes WLAN, ordentlich ausgestattete Küche. On top die Möglichkeit der Saunanutzung.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten der Einkehr, egal ob auf Hütten oder Restaurants im Dorf. Alternativ der günstige Einkauf qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte im Hofladen und selber kochen.
Sehr schön ist die direkte Umgebung vorallem auch wenn man mit Hund verreist, mit dem unmittelbaren Einstieg in die Natur.
Die Wohnung Sonnenuntergang hat dazu zwei Balkone und sowohl bequeme Stühle, als auch Liegestühle.
Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
