Moses Lake Waterfront: Hunters, Crews, Families

Waterfront house on Moses Lake built for groups: 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, sleeps 12. In fall and winter it's a base for hunting groups (Grant County is Washington's top duck-harvest county), work crews, and big family holidays. Truck + trailer parking, fenced backyard for dogs (with approval), washer/dryer, chef's kitchen, game room, home theater, a dedicated workspace with ethernet, and west-facing sunsets over the lake every night. FALL & WINTER AT WET FEET RETREAT

Hunting groups: Grant County is Washington's top duck-harvest county. Duck and goose seasons run mid-October through January, with a late snow goose season in Feb–Mar and pheasant, chukar and quail through the fall. Confirm current dates and rules with WDFW. There's room for the truck and trailer. Dogs are welcome with approval (pet fee applies) and there's a fully fenced backyard. Please see the house rules for firearms, game cleaning and gear.

Work crews and longer stays: sleeps a crew of up to 6 in separate beds. Big kitchen, in-unit laundry, 95 Mbps Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with ethernet, and plenty of truck parking. Company bookings welcome with a named on-site adult on the reservation. Message us with your dates and crew size.

Holidays for the whole family: room for up to 12 under one roof, with a Viking range and chef's kitchen, big dining, a game room for the kids, a 70" home theater, and sunsets over the lake.

Fishing doesn't stop: Moses Lake is open year-round. Winter walleye run deep, and Potholes Reservoir (about 30 min) is known for fall and winter trout.

THE WATERFRONT

Your private dock puts you directly on Moses Lake. Step off the back deck, walk down to the water, and you're there. The 80-foot shoreline faces west, so every evening delivers a full sunset over the lake: fire and gold reflecting off the water while you sit around the fire pit or relax on the covered deck. Guests mention the sunsets more than almost anything else, and once you see it, you'll understand why.

This side of Moses Lake has one of the cleaner, rockier shorelines you'll find on an inland Washington lake. No muddy bottom. The water is clear and swimmable in summer. It's about 4 feet deep at the end of the dock, so it's not deep enough for diving. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are available in the warm months.

Got a boat? Launch it right next door and pull it right up to the dock. No launch ramp, no slip fees. There are two lifts for jet skis and one lift for a pontoon boat.

THE HOUSE

4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests without anyone feeling cramped. The layout was built for groups: an open kitchen and living room that flow together, so big families and friend groups can actually share space.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Two fire features: a large propane fireplace at the front of the house, and a propane fire pit in the fully fenced backyard. The covered back deck has a Weber propane BBQ, outdoor dining, and direct views to the dock and lake. The yard is fenced and leads straight to the water.

LOCATION

Moses Lake is a warm-water recreation lake in central Washington; water temps hit 75°+ by July (summer). Grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you need are within 10 minutes.

— The Gorge Amphitheatre (George, WA): 50 min
— Dry Falls State Park: 45 min
— Seattle: 2.5 hrs via I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass (check WSDOT pass conditions in winter)
— Spokane: 1.5 hrs, Tri-Cities: 1.5 hrs, Yakima: 1 hr

A NOTE ABOUT THE WATER

The home uses local well water. It's clean and safe but mineral-rich, so you may see water spots on dishes or light calcium on fixtures. Completely normal.

GOOD TO KNOW

— Dining: main table seats 8, a second table seats 4, and the breakfast bar seats 3.
— Security cameras: for security, there are video cameras on the property, including a Ring doorbell and cameras at all exterior entrances.
— No parties or events. No smoking inside.
— Pets only with prior approval (maximum 2 dogs; pet fee applies).
— A responsible adult 25+ must be on the reservation and staying on site. Company/crew bookings welcome with a named on-site adult.
