"Ich hatte das Hotel über Expedia gebucht, wo angegeben war, dass man vorab einen Zugangscode erhält – leider kam keinerlei Nachricht. Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts. "This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the lovely city of Trier. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, and I even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine simply because it was my birthday, during my stay. I have stayed in few finer hotels."

"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."
