The windows opened for fresh air which was useful as I suppose the guest before us had turned to thermostat to 30° and it was boiling. Unfortunately the heat woke me from a really nice mattress and comfortable linens. Overall, the hotel was not at fault for anything, so 5 stars, absolutely earned.
