About this property

Hawk's Nest Entire 1650 Sqft lower level.

  • Come relax in the lower half of our house with one of the most beautiful views of the Palouse. Just 13 minutes from the University of Idaho campus and 28 minutes to Washington State University. Enjoy your 2-bedroom 2-bath, private space. A very open living area with a full kitchen and a total space of 1650 sq ft. A large slider door opens to the 20x20 patio.
    These pictures are all from our property. We can't guarantee that you will see any of the neighborhood deer, moose, wild turkey, or the rare Northern Lights. We can guarantee you a peaceful rest. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room but suggest you check out the window views.
    My wife and I are experienced hosts, having raised 4 children and having many guests over our 43 years of marriage. We recently built this home with VRBO in mind. Please come be our next guest.
    Please be aware that we are on the end of a 7/10 of a mile well-maintained private road. If you are joining us in the winter, we suggest all-wheel or 4-wheel drive for a safe journey up our hill.
