"Second time I’ve stayed here - and it really is an excellent little hotel.
Comfy beds, great shower, ample breakfast, great location.
And we had a late transfer, and a great system for leaving your bags - and easy access to the shower after our mornings skiing.

"Nice family run hotel. Owner very welcoming and helpful. Lots of facilities. Breakfast good. Fridge/ sink and hob in room if you don't want to eat out. 10 - 15mins walk to Pleney lift steep hill/ icy paths or take the bus (D) which stops outside the hotel every half an hour and takes about 5 mins. The walk to supermorzine took a similar amount of time and I preferred this walk as better pavement. Child friendly. Would recommend to friends and would return. "
"Francois at reception was so helpful and we ate at the hotel’s restaurant twice for dinner as it was so good. Lovely facilities and live music at bar fantastic. Wonderful stay. "

On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response."
