This motel advertised daily house keeping we stay 9 nights and the room wasn't serviced once. No clean towels no refill of toilet paper etc. I wasn't expecting a flash room for the price but l didn't expect mould on roof and curtains and stained towels.

Great bar and restaurant at motel. Room was a bit grungy from age but had just about everything we needed. Bed was sparkling clean and comfy.

Glad I dropped in.
Stopped here on a recent road trip. While the rooms we got were older they were clean and the beds extremely comfortable for the price. Went to the adjoining Hotel for a few cold ones as the sun set, they had music and decent traditional pub food. Nice flat pool table's and straight cue's if that's what you are into as well. It's a nice easy walk across the bridge to the town centre if you want coffee or breakfast in the morning.

A great little pub. Beautiful beer garden overlooking Moruya River. Friendly helpful staff and good food. Older style accommodation but clean and comfortable.

We liked it very much that there were real blankets on the bed and not only sheets. It would have been nice if in the shower would be a possibility to put shampoo, soap and shower gel on.

This is a very basic property with excellent staff and service. While the property is very well kept and clean, the rooms are of a good size and the bed was very comfortable, it is in need of some renovation throughout. The location on the riverfront can't be beaten.

Pictures on website are in my opinion not current. Room was very dated and in poor condition. I used a redemption night to stay but if had booked at $130 price advertised i would have been really disappointed. Ate dinner in bistro and ordered a schnitzel. Needed a steak knife to cut through schnitzel as was burnt and over cooked. Came with a small salad and at $29 for meal it was a huge let down. I ate meal as was starving. Im a sales executive and travel frequently. I would rate this venue a 1 or below.

Value for money, location next to the river and garden were lovely. Staff were terrific and although I was worried about being close to the music they were absolutely great about finishing on time and I wasn’t disturbed afterwards. Extra bonus was the service station next door late hours and fantastic food options .

Great little place to say, views from room. Room was set up nicely. Only downside was one light for the whole room (no light in toilet) so a lamp would have been handy. Otherwise great place to stay.

We stayed 4 nights, but they didn’t clean the room, change bed sheet, pillow case, towels, etc. we needed to go to store room to bring towels, which was ridiculous. They didn’t top up teas/coffee/sugar.

I had a small single room & as an elderly guest, I found getting up from the toilet difficult because the wall was so close in front that it was impossible to lean forward. Otherwise, I was very happy. The food in the dining room was very good, the staff were nice and very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and I shall return when next in the area.

Check-in procedure. Room we wanted with river view was not ready. Room we got, yeah well it was a room. Hotel straight out of the 60s and in desperate need of an overhaul and refurb. Room was small, had a small tv, small shower, again if your into nostalgia it's ok. Noisy fridge. No curtains to blockout the lights from outside carpark, no extraction fans so plenty of mould. Bed was comfy, pillows meh. You have an excellent position but please demolish this place and build a modern hotel/motel in its place.

I did not like the fact that the single bed had fresh blood like stain on the quilt cover likely my son did not come so no need to use that bed ,also that I called early during the day to say we where going to do check in late they said they would live the key ,unable to find the key had to make phone call it was raining heavily

Unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities. Clean linen and towels Milk tea/coffee biscuits. Bathroom looked a little tired but everything worked as expected, hot water, tv and fridge. Views of the river
