"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "

"The place is convenient. It has very short spa hours so if you are a person who likes to relax and have sauna/pool in the evening you will be out of luck. The breakfast is nice, the dinner a bit limited in the menu. I suggest not reserving the dinner for every night- there are other options. "

However, the availability of parking space could be a challenge if all guests drive and fill up all available spaces. We were fortunate. Access to the parking area takes a bit of careful driving due to the narrow passage and slope. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wide selection of food for breakfast makes for a pleasant start to the day. "

The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. "We loved this place. It was in the middle of the most breathtaking forest. It was peaceful and beautiful view from balcony. Although just a few minutes down to cortina which was lovely. Spotlessly clean, spacious and the most comfortable beds with cozy premium bedding. The bathroom was huge and very modern. Delicious breakfast including eggs bacon cheese various breads cereals and fruit including gf options! Yeah! They also serve dinner but we did not try it. The best part was the friendly helpful staff. We had a personal problem and Michele, the front desk man called for us and straightened it out in Italian. He really went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend this place if in the area. "
