Lugar tranquilo, com supermercados, bares, próximo da praia de Gamboa. A casa deve ter 5,5 m de frente, por 25m de fundos. 04 quartos, todos com ar condicionado, travesseiros e roupas de cama. A casa tem boa acomodação, bonita por dentro. Recomendo a hospedagem para quem quer muita tranquilidade. ##### Rui X. Desde o início foi perfeito, do primeiro contato até o dia de voltar à realidade rs. Porque sim, Gamboa é um paraíso e nos desligamos de tudo. A casa é maravilhosa, enorme, totalmente equipada ...super aconchegante. As camas são super confortáveis. Nos sentimos "em casa" mesmo. Com certeza iremos voltar, porque a Casa é sensacional. A cozinha é completa, com todos utensílios, geladeira, freezer, fogão, forno elétrico, micro-ondas. Adorei fazer negociação com o proprietário, ele foi muito atencioso, a todo instante deu suporte. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Fernando N. 24 Oct 2016 #### Experiência Excepcional Dos mais de 10 anos seguidos de viagens para o nordeste, minha família e eu nunca havíamos nos hospedado em uma casa alugada, sempre ficamos em pousadas, hotéis e resorts; logo, não posso deixar de registrar que com grande certeza que nesta nossa viagem foi uma das melhores experiências de férias que já tivemos, alugamos duas casas: uma em Taipu de Fora e outra em Gamboa (Sérgio), e certamente foi muito prazeroso nossos momentos em ambas as casas, e realmente através dos comentários postados anteriormente concordamos com as qualidades da casa do Sérgio em Gamboa, que foi de tamanha satisfação que já estamos planejando novo período para voltarmos, pois nos sentimos em casa, muito à vontade, fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Cristina, pessoa muito receptiva e agradável, e a casa tinha tudo o que o proprietário nos garantiu, e até mais, muito boa localização, tudo perto, desde praias excepcionais até mercados, farmácias, padarias, depósitos de bebidas, lojinhas, cais do vilarejo entre outros. Obrigado Sérgio por fazer parte em nos proporcionar um dos momentos marcantes de nossa viagem, ou até o mais marcante; e o obrigado Cristina por nos recepcionar com tamanha satisfação. Outro detalhe que o Sr. Sérgio tem que providenciar urgente, é a grade e corre mão da escada. Do jeito que está é muito perigoso para crianças e idosos. Na minha estádia tive que deixar as escadas sempre interditadas para meu filho não subir, pois é muito perigoso. No mais, saiu como programado. Proprietário atencioso e imóvel bacana. ##### LAIZA d. A casa é muito bem planejada o que fez com que ficássemos bem acomodados, mesmo estando em número máximo de 12 pessoas! A localização é excelente! bem próximo á praia e ideal pra quem deseja uma estadia em local tranquilo. Tivemos alguns pequenos problemas com os banheiros da casa, que foram prontamente resolvidos com a ajuda da colaboradora Cristina, que esteve sempre a disposição para o que precisássemos. Durante a negociação estive em contato constante com os proprietários Sérgio e Jaqueline que foram muito atenciosos e estiveram sempre prontos para me ajudar e esclarecer qualquer dúvida que houvesse. Foram ótimos dias em um lugar muito tranquilo de belezas naturais exuberantes! Ideal para quem procura a paz de um vilarejo a beira mar! O imóvel é exatamente como mostra as fotos, muito aconchegante e bem pertinho da praia. O atendimento dos locadores Sr. Sérgio e sua esposa, bem como sua secretária Cris, foi perfeito, não tivemos nenhum problema. Pretendemos voltar novamente! Uma dica aos visitantes da Ilha (gamboa/morro de são paulo) - Prefiram o transporte por lanchas rápidas quando forem transportar bagagens, ou seja, quando chegar e quando for embora da ilha. Quando olha por fora não dá para imaginar como é lá dentro. A localização muito boa.
