Morro de Gos Beach

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

I’m not sure how this hotel has earned such high reviews. As someone who travels frequently, I found this to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. It’s a very large property, but it misses the mark in several key areas, especially customer service and food quality. The 360° Rooftop is highly overrated. While the views are beautiful, the service was among the worst I experienced during my stay. The rooms are dated, dark, and have a musty, old smell. Overall, the hotel fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend it.
