Newly remodeled and freshly painted with all new appliances, new mattresses and bedding, new wrap around deck, new fire pit, new flooring, and lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the lake and amazing sunsets. Property borders over 800 acres of the Tennessee Wildlife. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Knoxville and Asheville are within an hour drive. Area is well known for birdwatching(99 species), fishing, boating, kayaking & hiking. Nestled within a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. Master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed. Brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. The property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and blankets. Even though we stayed during the winter and the lake was super low, the views were amazing. The owners recently added a roof over the entire deck which made it so much cozier. I can imagine sitting out there in the summer listening to the rain hitting the tin roof. Magical. The only real downside of the property is getting to it. The roads there are tiny, twisty, and at times, terrifying! The next time I stay there I will be bringing a lot of food so I don't have to drive it often! ##### Rachel H. It was very clean and beautiful with everything we needed during our stay. The water was super harsh but outside of that the property was wonderful. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it was such a quiet and peaceful location. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. Over all we had a great experience and deffinately would use again.
