About this property
Lakefront Escape / New Boat Dock/Bring Your Boat
- Just show up and relax in this 4BR 2.5BATH fully remodeled home with a separate kids retreat (bring their game station and hook it up to our TV). The view is incredible and as you walk down the gentle sloped yard to enter beautiful Lake Cherokee (59 miles long). We have just installed a brand-new boat dock that is 32' X 32' with a 27' X 11' boat slip. (Since Lake Cherokee is a reservoir water levels vary- best time May-August) You can kayak on one of our 5 available kayaks or 2 paddle boards. There is also a fire pit that you can roast marshmallows by the fire and enjoy the sunset. If you like you can even fish off the shoreline. Panther Creek State Park is only 15 minutes away where you can enjoy hiking multiple hiking trails. The Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge is approximately 1 hour away. You can rent a pontoon boat from the marina that is 7 minutes away. After relaxing at the house, you may not want to leave.

Please do not use the stairs on the interior of the house to the basement. The basement is not part of the deal and we do not want kids getting hurt.
If you use the heater option in the bathrooms please ensure that this is turned off after your showers as it is NOT on a timer.
If you have a fire in the firepit please ensure it is put out before you go to bed. Do NOT use the fireplaces inside the house at this time please
