Great location, great price and really friendly staff. It could be cleaner I.e skirting boards, carpets and cups in the room.

A truly lovely place to stay, moments away from Falmouth beach.
The staff were wonderful with reception team especially making you feel as if nothing was too much trouble. We were originally placed in an attic room but moved into another (as available) with grace and speed.
The hotel is full of nooks and crannies, the bar is impressively well stocked, the food really tasty - across the outlets - and the hydrotherapy session is not too be missed.
Genuinely a delight.
