Guy fell through the roof and the owners were MIA. It was horrifying to say the least. Second to all that, the home was not prepared with any toiletries, dish soap, bath soap, no garbage bags leaving us to find some place open for basic essentials on Christmas. Once their worker finally left. Owner finally called after 7PM and promised to call back the next morning. Never contacted us again.
