About this property

Apartment with three genuine bedrooms within 2 mins walk of the main lift

  • We bought this apartment 'off-plan' in 2004 and started renting and using it in 2005. It can be considered spacious by French alpine standards as it has three proper bedrooms. All our guests agree this is a really nice comfortable apartment but the best thing is it's proximity to the main lift and the nursery slope. It's about two minutes walk to the lift and the apartment sits at the top of the nursery slope. We have carefully selected and equipped the apartment with everything one need in such an accommodation. This includes comfortable seating for six or more adults which is a bit of a rarity in such places (my wife insisted on it :-)). The livable floor area is 45m sq. which is a good bit larger than most French ski apartments.

    The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, a dish-washer, TV with integrated DVD, oven with rotisserie, combination microwave and dining seating for six. We have included all the usual kitchen appliances such as toaster, coffee makers, fondue set etc. The three bedrooms have one double bed, two singles and two bunks. The bathroom has a really good powerful shower over the bath (with plenty of hot water) and a washing machine. The WC is separate from the bathroom. There is also a double sofabed in the lounge should it be needed. The balcony provides a lovely spot to look out over the valley and the nursery slopes where you can enjoy watching the less experienced members of your party.

    The apartment is always warm and cosy, even without the heating on. We are really particular about ensuring the apartment is spotless for our guests so please expect a really high standard of cleanliness. I can guarantee you will have a wonderful stay whichever time of year you stay with us.
