Ideally located in the heart of the resort with a balcony facing south and a view of the slopes.4th floor without elevator, this duplex apartment includes:An entrance hall with cupboard and a staircase to access the apartment, a cabin, a shower room with toilet and washing machine, a living room with non-convertible sofa and TV, equipped kitchen area, upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which is under the slope <1.80m as well as a shower room with toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with: Fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, an electric coffee maker with filter, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette set, fondue set, soup blender, crockery, cookware.
